Prayer Material for the Children’s Prayer Nests

Fatima and the Children – Introduction

The events of Fatima are presented chapter by chapter, with commentary to clarify their spiritual meaning. This outline helps children understand the spirituality of the White Army of Our Lady and serves as a meditation before praying the Rosary and/or during Eucharistic Adoration.

We begin with a concise description of the personalities of the little shepherds, then continue with the apparitions of the Angel and of Mary. The topics presented here can be divided into several sessions, depending on the time available and the children’s interest — for example, in each meeting one might describe the life of just one of the three shepherd children, or focus on a single apparition of the Angel. Angels, Our Brothers

Do angels really exist? What does the word “angel” mean? What do they look like? Where do they live? Do they have wings? How many are there? Why do we say they are “our brothers”? Does every person really have a guardian angel? What is the role of a guardian angel?

These are just some of the many questions we are asked when we talk about angels. We will explore this topic on this page. Go >>

The Mysteries of the Rosary with the Little Shepherds of Fatima

“The Most Holy Virgin has wished to give, in these times in which we are living, a new efficacy to the recitation of the Holy Rosary. She has so greatly reinforced its power that there is no problem, no matter how difficult—whether material or especially spiritual—in the personal lives of each one of us, in our families, in the families of the world, in religious communities, or even in the life of peoples and nations, that cannot be resolved by the prayer of the Holy Rosary. With the Holy Rosary, we will be saved, we will be sanctified, we will console Our Lord, and we will obtain the salvation of many souls.”
